The service
Custom Creators (Montreal, Quebec) offers an online editor to create your business website, hosting for that site and business tools (forms, bookings, quotes and invoices, etc.). The modules offered depend on your plan (Bronze, Silver or Gold). Work done by our team at your request is covered by a separate quote.
Your account and your content
You are responsible for the texts, photos, prices and promises published on your site, and you must have the right to use every photo and text. Illegal, misleading or hateful content, or content that imitates another business, is not allowed. A person on our team checks every site and every change before it goes online and may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars; GST and QST are extra. The subscription is paid monthly, in advance, by card, on Stripe’s secure page. Your site goes online once the first month is paid. For any work done by our team, you get a fixed written price and nothing is charged without your agreement.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account, like with a web host. The subscription is then no longer renewed: your site stays online until the end of the month already paid, then it is taken offline.
Refunds
A month that has started is owed and is not refunded, unless the law requires it.
Ownership
Your texts, photos and name belong to you. Our editor, templates and code remain the property of Custom Creators. If you leave, you can ask us for a copy of your texts and photos.
Artificial intelligence
We use our own artificial intelligence tools to manage and maintain the code of sites and to prepare some texts. A person reviews every decision: no price, promise or publication is decided by AI alone. Details are in our privacy policy.
Availability
We do our best to keep your site online and back up data every day, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the amounts paid for your subscription during the last 3 months, except in case of gross or intentional fault.
Suspension
We may suspend a site in case of an unresolved declined payment, prohibited content or abuse reports, after writing to you when possible.
Changes to these terms
We notify you by email at least 30 days before any significant change. You can cancel before it takes effect.
