Who we are

Custom Creators, Montreal (Quebec). Person in charge of protecting personal information: Custom Creators’ management, reachable at support@customcreators.ca.

What we collect

Only what you give us in the form or by email: name, email, phone (optional), requested service and your message. To limit automated submissions we also keep an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address, which cannot be used to recover the address.

Why

To answer your request, send you a quote and, if you become a client, invoice you and keep our accounting records. We never sell or rent your information.

How long

A request with no follow-up is deleted after 12 months. A client’s information is kept for the period required by accounting and tax records.

Who has access

The Custom Creators team. Data is stored on servers of our host, Hostinger, which may be located outside Quebec.

Cookies and third parties

This site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics. Typefaces (Google Fonts) and photos (Unsplash) load from their servers, which then receive your IP address.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your information, its correction or its deletion, or withdraw your consent, by writing to support@customcreators.ca. We reply within 30 days. You can also file a complaint with Quebec’s Commission d’accès à l’information.
